1. Who we are
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to every order placed through https://halogrowstore.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated, and the products are sold, by the independent authorized reseller that operates halogrowstore.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are an independent authorized reseller of HaloGrow Hair Spray; we are not the manufacturer of the product.

By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not order. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
2. Products and information
HaloGrow Hair Spray is a leave-in scalp and hair spray sold as a cosmetic product. Product pages describe what the product is, what it contains and how it is used. The full ingredient list and directions are printed on every bottle; please read them before use.
We try to keep every description, price and image accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in a product you ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct terms or cancelling it for a full refund.
3. Ordering
An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation e-mail. The confirmation is our acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (before shipment) where we suspect fraud, where the product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error occurred, or where an order breaches these Terms; any amount already charged will be refunded.
Every order is a one-time purchase. Nothing on this Website enrolls you in a subscription, membership or automatic re-delivery, and we will not charge you again unless you place a new order.
Please check your details (e-mail address, delivery address, bundle) before confirming. Contact us straight away at the address below if you notice a mistake; once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we may no longer be able to change it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout you use (US dollars, pounds sterling or euro) and include the product only; shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (major credit and debit cards and, where offered, digital wallets and other payment services). Payment is taken when the order is placed. Payments are processed by our payment service provider; we do not store your full card number.
The charge on your card or account statement will carry a descriptor identifying HaloGrow and this Website.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, import duties or customs charges for your country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders normally leave our fulfilment partner within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times per destination, shipping charges and what happens if a parcel is lost or damaged are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellation
You may return an order within 30 days of receiving it under the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: contact us first to register the return, send the unopened items back in their original packaging, and we refund the purchase price once the items are received and checked. Original shipping costs are not refunded and you cover the return postage unless the item is defective.
To cancel an order that has not shipped yet, e-mail us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the return procedure applies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
7. Using the product
HaloGrow Hair Spray is for external use only. Follow the directions on the bottle, avoid contact with the eyes, do not use on broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a scalp or skin condition or take medication, ask a healthcare professional before use.
Results may vary from person to person. HaloGrow is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
8. Website use and intellectual property
The content of this Website (text, images, logos, layout) belongs to us or to our licensors and the brand owner and may not be copied or reused without permission. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and only to browse and place orders for personal use. Trademarks including “HaloGrow” are the property of their respective owners; we use them under authorization as a reseller.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the product and the Website are provided “as is”, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and every order are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which the seller is organized (the seller’s legal name, address and state will be published on the Legal notice page on assignment), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@halogrowstore.com — most issues are solved directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way may be brought before the competent courts under the governing law above, or, for EU consumers, before the courts of their country of residence.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Effective date: 10 September 2026.
