What is the routine?
Spray once a day onto a clean, slightly damp scalp — dry hair is fine too — then massage gently for 1–2 minutes. Leave it in; nothing needs rinsing out.
What does it smell like?
A mild botanical fragrance from natural essential oils. You notice it while applying; it is not meant to linger afterwards.
My scalp is easily irritated — anything to know?
Do a patch test first: a small amount on the inner wrist or behind the ear, then wait 24 hours. If you have a scalp condition, check with a dermatologist or healthcare professional before using it.
Which ingredients are in it?
Biotin, caffeine, castor oil, aminexil and He Shou Wu, in a water-based leave-in spray made without parabens. The label carries the complete list.
Damp or dry hair?
Slightly damp helps the mist spread evenly; dry hair works as well.
Buying, delivery, returns
Which bundle should I pick?
Think in months: one bottle is around 60 applications, about two months once a day. The spray is the same in every bundle — the larger ones just bring the per-bottle price down.
Is there a subscription attached?
No. A bundle is a single purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel; reorder when you want to.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes — open Order tracking and enter your order number or e-mail address. The tracking link is also e-mailed once the parcel is dispatched.
How quickly does it ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Standard shipping in the US is $4.95; UK and German shipping and delivery times appear at checkout and in the Shipping Policy.
How do returns work?
Write to support within 30 days of receiving the order to register a return. Unopened items in their original packaging are refunded at the purchase price once they arrive back; return postage is on you unless the item is defective, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
